The Client had needs for PPEARL to reach. The sales team is what needed more focus on since they were the team that needed more collaboration and commitment, they were the hanging fruit. Client had lots of input that they wanted to happen in the 3-day program. Coaching was initially included in the program but was not used. The Client needed a workshop that not only is about team building but is also to strategies the future of 2022 and to incorporate a change that would exceed the company’s production to greater heights.

We used the “Future Backwards” concept. This is when participants will brainstorm about their past, current and future. They will learn to not do the same thing that they were because doing the same thing will not bring you to where you want to go in the future.
Outcomes:
Participants understood the need for change for a better work ethics and growth while explaining the whole “Who moved my cheese” book concept which was incorporated in the program. Participants now know what to do moving forward while has having a great team bonding session. Participants came to understand at the end of the workshop on what to do to reach their goal and how to avoid possible negative scenarios.
Feedback:
Client was okay with the workshop, client requested for a serious type but there were resistors in the participants who thought the workshop was too serious and about work.

The press statement was well prepared with critical information for the media. Some of the journalists’ questions were already answered in the statement about the ransomware amount and the Government’s position on the payment of ransomware. The “journalists” were prepared with a list of questions covering several areas – ransomware attack, impact on businesses, stolen data and sale of data, actions taken by GovTech, support to affected users, compensations, investigations and reputational impact. The Panel Members handled the press conference well. They shared useful information and responded to the questions smoothly.
Feedback:
The feedback from the client is very positive on the great support for the Mock-up Conference. The session ended with a good note from the sponsor, GovTech. They are happy with the coordination and smooth transaction that PPEARL gave to them.
