We have a client in the software industry who is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner. The person in this role will report directly to the HR Director for the region, serve as a senior advisor to key executives in the company and partner key stakeholders across various groups

REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE
Relevant post graduate qualification 5+ years of experience in a senior HR level at a regional level
Experience working for a global company relevant to the industry would be preferred
Consulting background with proven capabilities in guiding companies through change is an advantage
Collaborative, customer-focused, driven and a strategic thinker are words that would describe the candidate
