We are looking for a Facilitator for Senior Leaders offsite in the Real Estate industry.

Attendees: 50 – 75 Senior Leaders
Date of Event: Between 1 – 5 February 2022
Industry: Real estate (investment, development, and management)
OBJECTIVES
The organisation has undergone significant change and have just rolled out their new mission/vision and values. They are unclear about what to do to engage them in this 3-hours and are looking at someone to inject fun, reflection and humour and introducing the new mission/vision and values. Some initial brainstorm ideas were to use the Cynefin method with them.
