We are looking for a Singapore based Consultant for a Leadership Initiative in the Real Estate Asset Management (SME) industry.

Location: Preferred in person session
Participants: 15 participants (7 C-suites, 7 HODs and their plus one).
Project Duration: 1 Full day with follow up coaching (open to proposal/ideas)
Date: Likely to commence end-Feb – early-March
Objectives and Key Deliverables:
- Our client is a top asset and real estate management firm looking for an intervention that will allow participants to give ownership and empowerments to their teams.
- Ability to design, lead and facilitate senior participants to reach outcomes.
