PPEARL Overview Report  
 
This assessment package provides a basic analysis of the candidate's potential through the use of a personality questionnaire and two ability tests (typically verbal and numerical reasoning).

The ability tests are selected after understanding the role in question.  The output is a report that summarises the key strengths and limitations of an individual across key overall areas.

This assessment process takes approximately 2.5 hours.

The PPEARL Overview is offered at different levels:

Entry to Mid-Managers
Mid-Senior Management

PPEARL Explorer Report
 
 
This option follows the same assessment methodology as the PPEARL Overview report, but provides a more in-depth matching of person to job function.

The report is written against specific job competencies and requirements.  The individual's strengths and development areas / limitations are provided for each competency.  The individual's Leadership, Team and Subordinate profiles are also provided.

This assessment process takes approximately 2.5 hours.

The PPEARL Explorer is offered at different levels:
 
Non-executive
Entry to Mid-Managers
Mid-Senior Management

PPEARL Discovery Report
 
 
The most comprehensive of the 3 assessment reports, the PPEARL Discovery Report incorporates a combination of some or all of the following:
 
Competency-based interview
Work simulation exercises
Personality questionnaire
Ability tests
 
This assessment provides integrated evidence from a range of assessment tools to provide a holistic view of the candidate.  A comprehensive report is written, detailing the candidate's performance on each competency and supporting evidence is obtained from the different assessment tools.

The candidate's performance on each competency is rated on a scale of 1 – 5 (“Poor” to “Excellent”), with detailed analysis on his/her strengths and development areas / limitations.

This assessment process takes between 6 to 8 hours, depending on the number of assessment instruments chosen.

Entry-level to Middle-Managers

PPEARL Job-Match Report
 
 
This assessment package uses a personality questionnaire to examine an individual's suitability for a position.

The report is written against competencies that are position-specific and works to simplify the selection process by providing an easy-to-read report that summarises the suitability of the candidate to the job. The candidate's achievement in each competency will be depicted in a simple 1 to 5 scale, 5 being his or her key strength, and 1 being his or her key development need.

The PPEARL Job-Match report provides an alternative for clients who seek concise and direct input when making selection decisions. The assessment process should take approximately 1 hour, and can be completed anywhere with internet access.
